At Agile Mile, we’re dedicated to making commuting and travel easier, smarter, and more efficient.
We've been doing this for over 20 years with our award-winning TDM platform
that helps users discover carpools, vanpools, transit, biking, and other travel options.
Platform
The Agile Mile platform was first created in 2003 as a ride matching and rewards website and has since evolved into a fully-featured, cloud-based platform with web, iOS, and Android apps. Some of the key features are listed below.

Ride Matching
Android Native App
Users can find carpool partners for commute trips, single trips, or trips to events or destinations. Matches can be contacted directly within each app for seamless communication. This screen shot shows a carpool match on the Alamo Commutes native Android app in San Antonio, Texas.
Vanpool Matching
iOS Native App
Commuters can also find and join vanpools. Hundreds of vans from Commute with Enterprise are automatically included along with vans from local providers, so commuters can find and join vanpools at any time. Transit Planning
Android Native App
A comprehensive transit planner is included with thousands of transit agencies. Users can specify their travel date, arrival or departure time, and view the best transit options for their journey. Demand-response and non-GTFS transit services can also be included using GTFS-Flex and other tools, providing users with a single resource for discovering all of their transit options.

Trip Calendar
iOS Native App
Users can easily plan, record, and keep track of their trips using their personal trip calendar. The trip calendar includes federal holidays and the ability to mark days off. This screen shot shows the trip calendar on the StanisCruise native iOS app in Stanislaus County, CA.
Trip Tracking
Android Native App
Users can have their trips recorded using our auto-record feature, which can passively detect and record carpool, transit, bike, and walk trips automatically. Users can also record their bike and walk trips by syncing their accounts with several popular third-party apps, including Fitbit, Garmin, Love to Ride, and Strava. Rewards
iOS Native App
Users earn points for recording their trips. Points can then be redeemed for rewards from local and national businesses. Mobile Coupon
Android Native App
Rewards can be redeemed electronically via email or mobile coupon. Agile Mile and Entertainment handle all rewards including sourcing, fulfillment and support. This screen shot shows a mobile coupon from Domino's on the Share-a-Ride native Android app in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
GRH / ERH
iOS Native App
An integrated Guaranteed / Emergency Ride Home is also included, which ensures that only qualified commuters can access your GRH / ERH reward and receive their benefit instantly. Rides can also be dispatched using Uber or Lyft, greatly simplifying the reimbursement process and improving equity. A fully-featured challenge module is integrated into all apps with automatically updated results. Dynamic leaderboards can be used to race individuals, teams, and organizations against each other based on over 35 different criteria including trips, mode, miles, and more.
